Token Distribution
SmartPool has a total of 8 million tokens; all tokens will be distributed as follows:
- 40% Staking Rewards — $SPOOL distributed by staking into SmartPool staking pools.
- 25% Endeavour Rewards — $SPOOL distributed to community members that provide value to SmartPool and SmartPool projects.
- 10% Founding Funds — $SPOOL reward for the funds putting their name and reputation towards SmartPool. Providing deal flow, contacts and advice. 1 year cliff with 1 year vesting thereafter.
- 10% Seed and Strategic Round — $SPOOL placed with industry figures to ensure the short and long term health of the project. 15% unlocked on launch then 0.25% unlocked daily starting month 3 equalling 7.5% per month.
- 15% Operations and Reserves — $SPOOL used to provide and manage liquidity on initial listing. Once the pool is sustainable SmartPool will use to assist with the growth and resilience of the platform.
Token lock contracts will be deployed to ensure lock-up schedule.
